AUDI’S latest model, the premium supermini A1, has landed the top accolade at a leading honours event.
And there was double delight for Land Rover with the upcoming UK-built Range Rover Evoque being named the most exciting car set for launch in 2011 and the Discovery taking best 4x4 for a seventh consecutive year.
Praising the compact Audi, which took both Car of the Year and Best Supermini at the What Car? awards, editor Steve Fowler said: “If ever there has been a car that has hit the nail squarely and firmly on the head, the Audi A1 is it.
