| Volvo Goes Electric |
Swedish carmaker Volvo certainly got enough electric miles from its C30 EV concept. The car has been hitting car show floors since 2007, and made the rounds last year in Paris and Los Angeles before a crash-tested version showed up in Detroit last week to prove the vehicle's safety -- safety being the selling point on which Volvo has long hung its hat. The automaker recently announced that the electric version of its slick hatchback will go into production this month. The specs, according to Gizmag, are comparable to the Nissan Leaf
